I am not a fan of shopping for groceries online as in-store shopping is more of enjoyment but we had a chance to order at Alfies to try out this service and some products otherwise not available at regular supermarkets. I am impressed by the punctuality of delivery service and the quality of products, especially fruits. In beverages section one finds some unique drinks not available elsewhere. Similarly some snack items are also found, otherwise not available at usual stores. Definitely would recommend ordering here even if you (like me) are not fan of online grocery shopping.

I used to shop at Alfies all the time, back then they would deliver on time and would get your order correct. Nowadays, it seems like they always forget or mix up something in the order. They take an average of 2 hours to deliver, despite me living literally 5 minutes away. If it’s getting so busy as you guys state, then employ more drivers/personnel! Won’t be ordering here again

Very fast and fair (price wise) late-night delivery of beers. So far ordered twice with them: once beer was cold, once warm. So 50% success rate.

Perfect place to order almost anything in Vienna! Used their delivery service during a business trip to order some drinks quite late and was very positively surprised that the prices where actual shop prices and they basically only added the delivery fee. Best part is they take orders until midnight, but they aren't reachable at all if you're not too sure if they already sent out the order or not, which is why I only gave 4/5 stars.

Excellent choice having even groceries which cannot be found in other supermarkets. Delivery was on time, which is very fast and convenient. I will definitely order from Alfies again!

I don't know how they're doing it (presumably minor markups and large volume) but aside from fast delivery, if something goes wrong, they fix it basically immediately. Or might even call you in advance to ask whether an exchange is alright. (Both of which is unheard of with companies like e.g. Billa. You'd think that a huge company like that would have more resources than Alfies to deal with such things...) Selection could be bigger but I'm sure that'll happen if Alfies becomes more popular.

We shop on Alfie's 3+ times a week. It is a true godsend if you have babies. Previously my baby would scream in Hofer/Billa etc while I struggled to pack everything. With Alfie's everything is super relaxed. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter von Alfies! 💓 …

great selection, super fast delivery even on sunday, both times i ordered so far it took them only 35 minutes to deliver and my second order was pretty big and diverse. i will order again for sure!
